Tomato Spiced Rice

1 cloves of garlic, minced, lemon juice, salt and water
Sauté the garlic in oil, add a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and the water, bring to a boil. Add rice and cook for 20-25 minutes, until cooked.
1 onion, finely chopped, beef, tomatoes, finely chopped, raisins, 5 black olives, chopped, 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped, 1 tablespoon of finely minced parsley
In a separate pan, stir in onions and sauté until translucent, add meat, tomatoes, tomato paste, raisins, olives, egg and parsley. Mix the rice and meat mixture together, and serve as a side dish.
On pourrait rajouter de la cannelle ou du cumin, du piment
